Account Deletion Policy

This page explains how to delete your Mayza account and what happens to your personal data once you do. It is published separately, reachable without installing the app, to meet Google Play and Apple App Store account-deletion policy requirements.

1. Deleting Your Account From Within the App

  1. Sign in to the Mayza app.
  2. Tap the account area in the left menu and open Settings.
  3. Switch to the Account tab.
  4. Tap Delete My Account under Danger Zone.
  5. Confirm by entering your password (password accounts) or checking the confirmation box (accounts signed in with Google).

The moment you confirm, your account is disabled, and any active Premium subscription's auto-renewal is cancelled immediately.

2. Requesting Deletion Without Opening the App

If you no longer have access to the app, write to info@lumiverion.com from the e-mail address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Once your identity is verified, your request is completed within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with KVKK Art. 11.

3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • You can no longer sign in; the account is permanently disabled.
  • Any active Premium subscription's auto-renewal on iyzico is cancelled immediately.
  • Your name, username, profile picture, phone number, and linked Google account are permanently removed or anonymized.
  • Your chat history, generated exams, and progress statistics can no longer be linked to any account or shown to you.

4. Data That Is Not Deleted and Is Retained Separately

Under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and related tax legislation, your purchase and payment records (invoice details, national ID number, billing/shipping address included) must be retained separately for ten (10) years even after your account is deleted. These records are kept solely to meet legal obligations and are used for no other purpose. Your card details are never seen or stored by me; they are processed only by the payment provider, iyzico.
